Course Overview

Children will create an original painting about all the people and things they love.
They may think about family, friends, teachers, people they admire.
Also, activities that they love to do or things they would love to do in the future e.g. nature walks to mountains and lakes, water play, beaches and sea, leisure centres, gymnastics, parties, dancing, bike-riding, visits to a zoo and farms, camping, St Fagan’s, Art Museum of Wales, visiting different places and countries.
They will learn to develop their own artistic ideas, gain an understanding of primary, secondary, tertiary, tints, colour-mixing and interesting composition.

What should I bring to the first lesson?

Eligibility:

Those who are not currently in education, training or employment and are in receipt of state benefits or support (excluding state retirement pension). those aged 50 plus who are not in full-time employment.

- To allow us to provide equal opportunities for all eligible learners, please refrain from enrolling on more that three Learning For Work courses at this time. -
