Course Overview

Do your emotions sometimes affect your decision making? This course will help you recognise how your emotions play a part in making decisions. You will begin to recognise the characteristics of a confident person. You will understand the part that good communication skills plays in improving your self-confidence. The importance of listening to and understanding what people are saying. You will learn the importance of being able to express your views and opinions. By the end of the course you will be able to set yourself goals to improve your own self confidence.

Eligibility:

Those who are not currently in education, training or employment and are in receipt of state benefits or support (excluding state retirement pension). those aged 50 plus who are not in full-time employment.
