Equipment for week 1
Apron, tea towel, cornflour, edible glue, oasis or similar to stand your leaves while drying, small rolling pin and board.
Flowerpaste (I favour Simply Heaven or ‘The Flower Paste’). I will use green and slightly cream colours. These can be coloured before class or wait and see what I do.
Wires – green 24,28,30
Wire cutters or whatever you use to cut your wires.

Any leaf cutters and veiners you have. If you do not have any leaf veiner it is worth getting a ‘Universal Leaf Veiner’, available from Vanilla Valley.
We will be making a wide variety of and various colours of leaves.
This topic will take a number of weeks, you will also need autumn colour dusts to complete this topic e.g. yellows, oranges, reds, browns, greens etc. I will talk through these colours in the first class so you will have time to order them. Most of you will already have enough dusts from previous topics.
