Course Overview
This is a 30 week course, which consists of three 10 week terms.

• This course is designed for those who have completed a Beginners course or who have experience making cakes for family and friends and who want to learn up to the minute skills and techniques.

• We will create a number of flower sprays, and complete some celebration cakes during this course.

• If you would like to see what we did on last years courses to give you an idea of what you will achieve, check out our Facebook page.

• Build on the learners experience with a range of techniques and flowers.

• This will help increase the learners skill and confidence.

• Learners should have completed a beginners course or have some experience of covering cakes, making flowers etc.

• Cutters etc will need to be purchased through the year but I try to keep the cost to a minimum and reuse cutters where possible.

• Apron, cloth for clleaning tables etc.

• Flower making equipment, paste etc.

• If you are a new learner please bring any cake decorating equipment that you already have so that the tutor can check if you need any additional equipment.

• Notebook, mug for tea/coffee.
